The Chapel located on Riverview Drive just before the Swimming Pool was originally the Watson Chapel, built in 1894, and located at the corner of Perrysville Avenue and Riverview Avenue.
When the new church was built, the Watson Chapel was moved into the park and services were held here until the new church was ready for use. In 1954 the steeple and dormers were removed and a concrete porch was added. The Chapel was used as a picnic pavilion until 2004.
The reconstruction of the Chapel has been completed. The Chapel can now be rented for picnics.
